Since 2003, much as been learned working with Historic Green to salvage, restore and preserve damaged buildings located in the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA). Volunteers comprised of local residents, skilled trades people and students willing to spend their spring breaks to learn how to save damaged buildings and make them more resilient.
